Rupal has been known to me for the past 3 years. She is responsible not only as a P.A. but for providing research on a day-to-day basis which provides our publisher with vital industry information which they may use at their discretion.

As we operate under the mindset of a 'private bank' i.e. both client and publisher are treated like a private client of a private bank and therefore deal directly with me on most occasions, Rupal provides 'back-at-base' support that is truly invaluable.

The 1-2-1 element of our operation is one of our defining points of differentiation. It is too easy to 'pass the buck' in our experience. Society, generally, is on the 'other end 'of this practise by most corporates and, as a personal source of frustration, it is one point we were determined would elevate our status and provide the continuity our strategic partners want - they didn't specify it - because they didn't need to....
